Designed to lift and shatter pan layers in the sub soil at a depth of 50cm. This shattering permits the filtering of surface
water down through the profile avoiding ponding and allowing moisture to be
stored for use during dry periods. Tree PlantingUse prior to tree planting provides shattered
subsoil which enhances the development of strong deep root structures and the
establishment of more robust trees. |
Alkathene Laying A sliding back chute to lay up to 40mm alkathene pipe. By removing the
rear slide, the pipe can be removed from, or inserted into the chute, at any
stage, without cutting the pipe and avoiding the need for joiners. All joining of pipes and fitting of tees is completed above ground
level. |

provides excellent planning action on undulating ground. Swivel headstock permits easy
following of contours and reduces stress on tractors hydraulic arms. Extending the hydraulic ram
returns the blade to working position when the plough is positioned over
drain. Also used in dairy situation, where open drains are protected by a
